Post-partum and Reproductive Mental Health

"The future depends on what you do today." - Gandhi

The adjustment to parenthood can be challenging. This major life change can also be lonely, overwhelming, and cause the most self-assured people to question their identity.

Depression and anxiety, both during and after pregnancy, are common experiences for not only women, but also for men. Having support and guidance as you navigate a new path as a parent or parent-to-be can be critical to your wellbeing, the health of your primary relationship, and sets the tone for your parenting identity.

Additionally, those who struggle with infertility, traumatic birth, or complex pregnancies face additional obstacles in welcoming a new baby to the family. I want to help you to feel successful and happy as a parent.

I am certified in the treatment of perinatal mental health disorders by Postpartum Support International. I am also a certified educator for the Gottman Institute ‘Bringing Baby Home’ parent training program.
